About The Role

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain and prioritize the cross-functional backlog as the single source of truth.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable, and time-bound deliverables.
- Track progress, identify risks early, and surface blockers with structured mitigation options.
- Analyze trade-offs (business vs. product vs. engineering), present pros/cons, and provide recommendations—final decisions remain with the COO and domain leads.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Product Managers, Business Leaders, and stakeholders seeking updates on timelines, releases, and delivery status.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders; ensure they are informed and aligned without waiting for questions.
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, and Business to manage dependencies and maintain delivery discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency, cycle times, and communication quality.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High-ownership operator with strong attention to detail and ability to bring clarity in ambiguity.
5+ years as Project Manager / Technical PM / Delivery Lead / Scrum Master in software development.
Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, estimation, planning, and execution tracking.
Solid technical literacy; able to understand engineering constraints and translate them for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to handle difficult conversations and enforce accountability constructively.
Fluent in Vietnamese and excellent in English (written and verbal).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across diverse teams and cultures.
Nice to have: Kanban/PSM/PMP/PMI-ACP certifications, prior developer background, ISO 27001 awareness.
