ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pharma Partnership Manager plays a central role in the company's expansion efforts, partnership management, local market adaptation, opportunity identification, and coordinating with the Elfie team globally. You are essentially driving the company's growth and reputation in a new geographical area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate and support operations of Elfie solution in your country in partnership with our local pharmaceutical partner
- Localize the solution and its marketing collaterals to the market languages or local specificities
- Drive offline users acquisition through partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacy chains and other relevant actors.
- Develop local brand partnerships to source locally relevant rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app)
- Act as the representative of the company with regards to local external parties
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 8+ years experience working in/with pharmaceutical
- Having a background as a pharmacist is a plus or in related fields, and experience working with HCP and KOLs is beneficial.
- Experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways to working
- Experience in digital marketing from acquisition to engagement to retention via content, community, influencer, media
- Experience in early-stage startup (digital health is a strong plus yet not mandatory)
- Fluency in English and native Turkish

We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
- Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
