About The Role
As the User Retention Strategist (User Growth), you will be responsible for leading and executing innovative strategies that drive user engagement, retention and lifetime value within the Elfie mobile app. You will leverage your background in user growth, gamification, loyalty programs and data analysis to create in-app experiences that encourage Elfie users to meaningfully engage with the platform and help users build lasting health habits. Your strategic thinking, agility and analytical mindset will be instrumental in optimising retention levers to align with Elfie's expansion plans and deliver a localised & personalised experience for users across diverse markets.

What You’ll Do
Build and execute a robust global strategy that increases user engagement and retention.
Lead the implementation of growth initiatives with a cross-disciplinary team of Growth, CRM, Product, Tech, & Data. Ensure alignment and secure the support needed to execute plans
Design journeys and interventions that are personalized, data driven and aligned to product usage milestones — from onboarding to reactivation.
Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and gather behavioral insights to improve programs
Work with local Country Managers to ensure gamification & reward programs are locally relevant
Utilize data analytics to test & optimize promotional programs, journeys and communication messages
Monitor program performance against targets. Provide reports, analysis and insights to support decision making
Continuously monitor competitive landscapes to ensure Elfie's engagement, gamification and reward offerings are innovative and appealing
What You’ll Need
Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in building and managing User Growth, Retention, Gamification or loyalty features & programs in mobile apps or SAAS platforms with a proven track record of directly increasing user engagement and retention as a result
Work experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Business Analytics or Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not essential
Ability to scrutinize data to identify trends and pivot strategies accordingly
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with experience in working well with cross functional teams
Passionate about user and product experience
