  • Our hiring process typically includes 3 to 4 rounds, designed to be thoughtful, efficient, and respectful of your time

  • At Elfie, we move fast. From first contact to offer — including assessments and interviews — our hiring process can take as little as two weeks

  • We primarily support international relocation by covering flight tickets, but we're open to discussing additional support depending on individual circumstances

  • Yes, you can. English is the working language across all Elfie offices. If a role requires specific local language skills, this will be clearly mentioned in the job description

  • We aim to get back to you within a week of receiving your application. However, depending on the volume of applications, it may take a bit longer. If you haven’t heard from us within 1 months, it likely means we’ve moved forward with other candidates for that role
