Introduction Call
If you're selected, you'll first have a 15–30 minute chat with someone from our TA team to get to know each other.

Interview
During the interview — whether via video call or in person — the hiring manager will assess both your technical skills and business acumen.

Assessment
Each role is unique, and some may include an assessment as part of the process. If that applies to your application, we’ll make sure to give you a heads-up.

Decision
If it feels right on both sides, we’ll gladly extend an offer for you to join the Elfie team

If you're asked to solve a problem or write some code, ask questions, share your assumptions, and feel free to explain your decisions or offer your perspective.
Our interview process is designed to evaluate core knowledge, your ability to learn, and your problem-solving mindset. You’re not expected to have all the answers. If you encounter a topic that’s unfamiliar, don’t hesitate to ask questions — it’s a great way to demonstrate your integrity, collaboration skills, and resourcefulness.
