About The Role

We are looking for a passionate designer that has a strong discipline for design, details, and brand identity and seeks the freedom to own creative and takes accountability for projects.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with founders and the product team to understand the business requirements, product and service vision and objectives;
• Communicate the design specifications by creating documentation, especially for the product team to write specs and the engineering team to implement;
• Research, design and create the UI/UX for users in the healthcare ecosystem;
• Illustrate ideas by creating user journey flows, wireframes and hi-fi designs as appropriate during the iterative design process;
• Create prototypes, visuals and other UI assets;
• Iteratively improve UI/UX based on user feedback;

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years experience in UI/UX designer role;
• Strong experience in mobile applications (essential) with a portfolio to show (mandatory);
• Expertise in Figma (mandatory). Experience with other design software is a plus (Adobe Suite);
• Excellent planning and organization skills to be able to work on multiple projects/products;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to be able to manage stakeholders expectations;
• Experience in software product management is a plus;
• Excellent in English.
• Positive self-driven attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to meet deadlines;
• Resilience and flexibility to feedback and change;
• Possess excellent foundation in drawing and colour sense;
• Proven experience with portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and evidence of ability to tackle complex user experience problems;
• Understanding of the latest trends in UX/UI interface and visual design in mobile games;
• Proficiency in 2D animation and/or 3D graphics is a plus;
