CRM and lifecycle management are vital for enhancing user engagement in Elfie, improving care coordination, and optimizing resource allocation. Streamline communication between providers and users, ensure personalized care, and support data-driven decision-making, ultimately leading to better health outcomes and increased operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Participate in the overall patient communication strategy across all digital touchpoints: in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, email, whatsapp, live chat, and calls.
- Building and managing relationship rules / communication based on user profiles, health triggers, and overall content strategy.
- Optimize email and in-app messaging content to enhance patient engagement. Manage images, translations, and campaigns. Support automation, monitor reports, and implement best practices.
- Leverage user data platforms and automation tools to test and improve continuously on content performance.
- Leverage local translators and internal team for global roll-out.
- Create and maintain Elfie copy style guides for all patient communications.
- Maintain Elfie’s voice across all patient touchpoints including social media, web, and app stores.
- Present key performance results and improvement recommendations to the senior leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Passion for the digital health industry and familiarity with companies and innovators in this space
- Hand-on CRM and lifecycle management tools: large-scale/automated communication platforms for email, app notifications, SMS
- Proven experience in the mobile industry working on retention
- 5+ years of CRM experience
- Superior grammar and copyediting skills with great attention to detail
- English speaker and totally fluent
- Basic level of image editing using Figma
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, remote, and mission-focus environment
- Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and team development

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.
How do we monetize?
We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
- Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
