About The Role

The Country Pharma Partnership Manager • Southeast Asia plays a central role in the company's expansion efforts, partnership management, local market adaptation in area 4 countries, opportunity identification, and coordinating with the Elfie team globally. You are essentially driving the company's growth and reputation in a new geographical area (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines).

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and support operations of Elfie solution in 4 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines) in partnership with our local pharmaceutical partners
• Localize the solution and its marketing collaterals to the market languages or local specificities
• Develop local brand partnerships to include rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app)
• Identify medical, marketing and sales opportunities in your country to accelerate the adoption of the solution
• Act as the representative of the company with regards to local external parties
• Help build the local team and operations and cultivate a culture of quality and innovation

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years experience working in/with pharmaceutical
• Having a background as a pharmacist is a plus or in related fields, and experience working with HCP and KOLs is beneficial.
• Experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways to working
• Experience in early-stage startup (digital health is a strong plus yet not mandatory)
• Big plus experience in digital marketing from acquisition to engagement to retention via content, community, influencer, media
• Fluency in English and Bahasa
