About The Role

The Pharma Partnership Manager plays a central role in the company's expansion efforts, partnership management, local market adaptation, opportunity identification, and team building in the new market. You are essentially driving the company's growth and reputation in a new geographical area.

What You’ll Do

Pharma / Government / Insurance Partner Management

• Lead relationship development and expansion with key partners including Servier, VSS, Victoria Healthcare, and others.
  
• Identify, pursue, and close high-impact partnership opportunities across pharma, governmental health bodies, and insurers.
  
• Act as the key local representative in strategic partner discussions and contract execution.
  
• Develop joint value propositions and co-branded engagement strategies tailored to each partner’s needs.

Hospital Partnership Activation

• Oversee operations and performance improvement initiatives at hospital sites.
  
• Coordinate with hospital staff, KOLs, and marketing teams for training, communication tools, and symposia.
  
• Supervise Elfie coordinators and ambassadors on-site.

Consumer Engagement

• Execute patient engagement campaigns and content strategy (e.g., articles, videos, in-app features).
  
• Conduct user interviews and integrate feedback into feature updates.
  
• Support pharmacovigilance reporting and engineering team campaign execution.

Digital Center & KPI Management

• Manage digital engagement flows and AI-powered user interaction strategies.
  
• Collaborate with engineering to run targeted campaigns and improve retention KPIs.
  
• Maintain dashboards and reporting metrics and supervise a small team of project specialists.
  

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years’ experience across Pharmaceutical, Consulting, and Startup/Digital Health environments.
• Track record managing complex partnerships in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong Business Development and stakeholder engagement skills across public and private sectors.
• Digital marketing and/or consumer engagement experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Strategic thinking paired with operational follow-through in fast-paced settings.
