About The Role
The Community Manager owns the strategy and operations for Elfie’s community-driven initiatives. This role is critical to building trust and engagement across our global user base by scaling Humans of Elfie and incubating new community programs that connect users, partners, and the wider health ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
✨ This role is perfect for someone who is both a builder and a visionary — someone who can zoom out to design a global community strategy and zoom in to reply to a user. If you’re driven by impact, thrive on authenticity, and want to help millions feel seen and inspired on their health journey, we’d love to meet you.
Lead and grow Humans of Elfie, curating authentic, localized user stories that strengthen trust across markets.
Build engagement loops: spark conversations, moderate interactions, and empower user-generated content and ambassador programs.
Capture and share community insights to guide product, content, and growth strategies.
Track and analyze community KPIs (growth, sentiment, engagement) to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with product, growth, and design teams to integrate community initiatives into the Elfie app and global campaigns.
What You’ll Need
3–5+ years in community management, social media, or content operations.
Experience building and scaling communities or storytelling platforms.
Strong storytelling/editorial skills with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and act on KPIs.
Hands-on operator who can also think strategically about scale.
Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
