About The Role

The Elfie Fast Track Program is not just training - it’s a growth partnership. Over 3 months, you’ll take on Product Missions: real-world challenges where you’ll learn by building, delivering, and reflecting. You’ll be supported at every step by mentors, leaders, and peers. Our philosophy is simple: we want you to grow sustainably - with transparency, feedback, and constant empowerment.
