You’ll join one of two tracks based on your background and readiness:

The program

Phase 1 — 30-Day Challenge
Your first 30 days are an intense onboarding and evaluation sprint.
You’ll handle live product missions, unclear problems, and tight deadlines.
Expect feedback every few days. The goal is to test clarity, speed, and resilience — not comfort.
Phase 2 — Development Program
You’ll enter a structured sequence of 30–60 day product cycles.
Each cycle ends with a tangible delivery — discovery, MVP, launch, or performance improvement.
You’ll own real scopes, work cross-functionally, and get coached directly by senior PMs.
Phase 3 — Full Product Manager Role
Successful graduates will lead their own work streams with measurable user and business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product missions across Elfie’s B2B and B2C platforms.
• Run discovery, define metrics, and ship outcomes.
• Work tightly with design, engineering, and data.
• Deliver results in recurring 30–60 day cycles.
• Present findings and impact to leadership.

What we expect 

For both tracks:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in roles that demonstrate strong business acumen.
• Examples: consulting, strategy, operations, finance, analytics, startup growth.
• You understand how companies create and capture value — internally and externally.
• Excellent English fluency (written and spoken).
• Precision, structure, and attention to detail — your CV is your first product.
• Evidence of resilience, curiosity, and ambition.
• Willingness to work with intensity and purpose.

For Advanced Track candidates:

• At least 2 years in a product role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent).
• CV must show quantified impact — user growth, retention, engagement, or revenue metrics.
