About The Role
As our User Operations & Content, you will support the day-to-day operations that power Elfie’s user experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused primarily on user support and operational excellence, while also contributing to content coordination and campaign execution.
You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Operations teams to ensure our users have a seamless experience — from resolving support queries to coordinating content assets and assisting with campaign launches.

What You’ll Do
User Operations & Support (70%)
Own and manage user/customer support workflows end-to-end with accuracy and strong judgment
Respond to user inquiries across support channels in a timely and professional manner
Identify patterns in user feedback and surface insights to Product and Growth teams
Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining clear documentation
Contribute to improving internal processes and SOPs; proactively suggest workflow optimizations
Help maintain knowledge bases and support documentation
Content Coordination (20%)
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets (copy, visuals, push notifications, in-app messaging)
Support localization and content updates where relevant
Ensure content aligns with campaign timelines and operational requirements
Campaign Support (10%)
Assist in the setup and launch of user engagement and gamification initiatives
Support operational tracking and basic reporting of campaign performance
Help ensure smooth execution across teams
What You’ll Need
This role is designed to be flexible and dynamic - ideal for someone excited to learn across functions and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with exciting new projects & initiatives
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data (basic Excel/Google Sheets)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and iterative learning
Passion for gamification, digital health, and community-driven experiences
