About The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned and passionate engineer interested in joining our early-stage venture as a full-time DevOps engineer. In this role, you will improve our CI/CD automation, testing, and security to scale our health tech application across several continents.

What You’ll Do
Architect and maintain highly-available, multi-region cloud systems on GCP and Kubernetes.
Design modular, idempotent Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi and Ansible.
Build and scale GitOps deployment workflows via FluxCD, Kustomize, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
Implement observability with Prometheus and Grafana, establishing SLO/SLI metrics.
Automate security policies and manage secrets (RBAC, Network Policies).
Drive technical strategy, mentor team members, and resolve cross-functional issues.
What You’ll Need
At least 4 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer
Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and GitOps deployment tools (FluxCD, Kustomize, GitHub Actions, Helm).
Experience with cloud-native monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Understanding of Ops-Security, including secret management, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
Proficiency in shell and/or Python scripting for automating system tasks and operational workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot complex systemic errors and perform capacity planning.
Leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
