ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Product Manager (Gamification Manager) for Elfie, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that integrate gamification and loyalty rewards to drive user engagement and retention within the Elfie mobile app. You will leverage your expertise in game design, loyalty programs, and data analysis to create in-app experiences that encourage Elfie users to consistently engage with the platform and unlock valuable rewards. Your strategic vision and analytical mindset will be instrumental in optimising the gamification ecosystem and loyalty program to align with Elfie's global expansion plans and deliver a localised, personalised experience for users across diverse markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and implement a robust global strategic roadmap for new Gamification products
Gather requirements and prioritise features accordingly
Continuously monitor competitive landscapes to ensure Elfie's gamification and loyalty offerings are innovative and appealing to a global audience
Work with internal departments (Data, Product, Local Activation teams) to coordinate the implementation of new reward and gamification strategies efficiently
Oversee product launches and lifecycle
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
4+ years experience in building and managing gamification and loyalty programs in mobile apps or SAAS platforms (from a product management perspective), with a proven track record of increasing user engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with experience in negotiating and influencing senior business executives.
Strong data analysis skills

ABOUT ELFIE
Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.
How do we monetize?
We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
- Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
